Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain showroom as per company standard.
∎ Meet customer enquiries.
∎ Ensure proper demonstration of product features, handing over of complete set of documents, explaining warranty and free service policy including PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) at the time of delivery.
∎ Firm delivery commitment to customers.
∎ Coordination with internal stakeholders for leads generated through various advertisements & promotional activities.
∎ To plan monthly business & place orders to factory.
∎ Maintaining footfall report on a daily basis.
∎ Daily report generation & circulation as per management requirement.
∎ Constant endeavor to achieve monthly sales target through team work.
∎ Coordination with factory for any short supplies etc.
