বয়স সর্বোচ্চ ৩৫ বছর, যে কোন অনুমোদিত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে বিএসসি সিভিল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং পাশসহ বিল্ডিং তৈরিতে নূন্যতম ০১ (এক) বছর কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। অধিক দক্ষতা থাকলে বেতন আলোচনা করা যেতে পারে। অথবা যে কোন অনুমোদিত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে ডিপ্লোমা ইন সিভিল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং পাশসহ বিল্ডিং তৈরিতে নূন্যতম ০২ (দুই) বছর কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। কর্মএলাকায় নিজস্ব মটরসাইকেল চালাতে হবে এবং বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে। এলাঙ্গি
