Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge about PLC/ Automation Flour Mill.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day milling operations during the assigned shift.
∎ Adjust milling machinery settings to achieve desired flour characteristics.
∎ Troubleshoot and address any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner.
∎ Maintain accurate records of milling process parameters, production output, and quality control measures.
∎ Communicate effectively with other shift millers, production staff, and management.
∎ Work towards optimizing the milling process for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Automatic Flour Mill.
∎ Experience as a Shift Miller in an industrial setting, preferably in a flour mill.
∎ Strong understanding of milling processes and equipment.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and address mechanical issues.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Familiarity with relevant industry regulations.
