Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food Production, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Context:
∎ Manpower, overhead, raw material cost control
∎ Production capacity utilization with full efficiency
∎ Inventory control
∎ Adherence to specified Quality
∎ Recovery (Raw material consumption parameter to be achieved)
∎ Minimizing Wastages (Raw material, floor wastage, process, finished product and wrapper wastage etc.)
∎ Ensuring Bhujia generation to be lowest.
∎ Breakdowns control
∎ Ensuring Packing material size and seeing possibilities of utilizing slow moving item.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Planning and Implementation:
∎ Production planning as per the variety wise target provided by the Production Manager.
∎ Production capacity utilization
∎ Adherence to specified Quality (formulation of recipe can not be change) & insuring quality parameter in co-ordination with QC department.
∎ Recovery (Raw material consumption parameter to be achieved)
∎ Minimizing Wastages (Raw material, floor wastage, process, finished product and wrapper wastage etc.)
∎ Ensuring Bhujia generation to be lowest.
∎ Breakdowns time control
∎ Ensuring Packing material size and seeing possibilities of utilizing slow moving item.
∎ Scheme management.
∎ Manpower planning:
∎ Necessary planning of manpower as per the Business plan in co-ordination with
∎ Production Manager.
∎ Control of manpower as per the current capacity utilization and requirement.
∎ Raw Material Planning:
∎ Ensuring raw material for production
∎ R&D:
∎ Trials to be undertaken for various products with changes in input materials for cost reduction.
∎ Analysis of raw materials for improvement in product and cost control.
∎ Administrative Activities:
∎ Employee's attendance, absenteeism, discipline.
∎ Market Complain:
∎ Analysis of market complains.
∎ Timely follow-up of market complains.
∎ Housekeeping and Sanitation:
∎ Maintenance of factory premises and plant.
∎ Employees hygiene monitoring.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ 3 years working experience in the same position
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production,
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Production planning
