∎ BSc or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from well reputed public university or Institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ CGFBL is one of the most growing Joint Venture Company in Bangladesh. We have WaiWai Chicken Bhujia, WaiWai Masala Express, WaiWai Chicken & WaiWai Stick Noodles in our Product line.
∎ We are looking out for high caliber Mechanical Engineer from Food Manufacturing Companies (Preferably Noodles Industry) having hands-on experience in maintaining machines and necessary tools in the plant for trouble free daily operation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring targeted production keeping the product quality by ensuring the plant and machineries up keeps & maintenance.
∎ To monitoring machine maintenance schedule & execute accordingly.
∎ To do modification, renovation and troubleshooting work for existing machine
∎ Monitoring all kinds of equipment very carefully for trouble free operation.
∎ To analyze system failures & suggest appropriate solutions
∎ Work description should be in written as well as in software on daily basis.
∎ Prepare necessary reports, record keeping etc.
∎ Ensuring safety of manpower & machines.
∎ Interfacing with the different departments and sections from time to time for smooth and trouble free operation.
∎ When any machine stopped due to any abnormal condition, instant find out that fault and take necessary action.
∎ To ensure spares and machines parts to reduce breakdown/cost effective.
∎ Ensure in time servicing of all machines in the plant
∎ Perform such other duties and responsibility may be assigned by the Departmental Head or Factory Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) in the concerned area applying for
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage/FMCG or Noodles Industry will get preference
∎ Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in Noodles/FMCG industry in a similar position.
∎ Good Computer knowledge in MS Office Application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
∎ Must have team handling ability and experience.
∎ Initiative and enthusiasm
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Great motivational and communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Strong Term Building & Leadership Skills
∎ Willingness to develop a long term career in FMCG Industry.
