∎ CG Foods (Bangladesh) Ltd is a concern of Chaudhary Group (CG Corp. Global) which is a multi-national conglomerate headquartered in Nepal and who are the proud manufacturer of WaiWai Noodles . The group owns 136 companies in 15 different business verticals across five continents. In Bangladesh CG Foods has launched their business with a Joint venture with another leading group of company Multimode Group Ltd. Currently the company is manufacturing its products in its own plant in Bangladesh and looking forward to expend its ventures.
∎ CGFBL is one of the most growing Joint Venture Company in Bangladesh. We have WaiWai Chicken Bhujia, WaiWai Masala Express, WaiWai Chicken & WaiWai Stick Noodles in our Product line.
∎ We are looking out for high caliber Sales Professionals from Food Manufacturing Companies (Preferably Noodles) having hands-on experience in Strong Sales fundamentals and excellent competency in setting up and managing a large team to achieve desired targets-
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate sales of company products in his defined area through a team of sales officers in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
∎ Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region
∎ Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets
∎ Monitor depot as well as distributor's stock
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) in the concerned area applying for
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage/FMCG
∎ Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in Noodle/FMCG industry in a similar position.
∎ Excellent sales & negotiation skills
∎ Must have team handling ability and experience.
∎ Initiative and enthusiasm
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Great motivational and communication skills
∎ Ability to read and generate reports & market analysis
∎ Integrity in the work
∎ Computer skills
