Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in EEE/ME/ChE/IPE from any Public/ reputed Private University
∎ Fresh or 2-3years experience in Manufacturing Industries
∎ Capable of doing autonomous maintenance of respective Machine
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Takeover the job from previous shift officer
∎ Adjust production equipment and processes for 100% quality product
∎ Ensure output as per set target
∎ Minimize scrap% below target level
∎ Maintain FIFO card at all level
∎ Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in production floor
∎ Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance
∎ Segregate scrap or waste materials for recycling, reuse or environmentally sound disposal
∎ Ensure continual improvement
∎ Maintains staff by training employees; developing personal growth
∎ Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; if necessary revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
∎ Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, implementing change.
∎ Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action
∎ Handover the job to next shift-in-charge
∎ Do any assigned job given by Line Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Possess the ability to lead and motivate a team of people to succeed by utilising appropriate interpersonal styles including leading by example, setting objectives and defining responsibilities to give a clear sense of direction
∎ Ability to build effective relationships with work colleagues
