∎ Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Head of R&D to lead our research efforts. The role involves overseeing all R&D projects, managing the team, and collaborating across departments to develop innovative food products that meet market needs and boost our brand.Key

∎ 1.      Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with company goals.
∎ 2.      Identify new product opportunities, technologies, and industry trends.
∎ 3.      Lead and mentor the R&D team, fostering innovation.
∎ 4.      Oversee new product development, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
∎ 5.      Collaborate with marketing, sale and production for successful product launches.
∎ 6.      Lead research projects to improve products and processes.
∎ 7.      Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
