Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the team of mechanical maintenance and supervision of mechanical system with proper monitoring & manpower allocation
∎ Attend and solve problems in plant machines (lead refinery machine, grid casting machine, oxide mill, filling machine, pasting machine, battery assemble machinery, rectifier, HRD etc)
∎ Daily follow-up on preventive and scheduled maintenance.
∎ Analyze work progress and production machine performance.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and control system enhancements.
∎ Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
∎ Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for equipment repair and servicing.
∎ Check work-in-progress and during completion to meet specifications.
∎ Maintaining compliance with Company policies and procedures.
∎ Layout design in Auto CAD, project cost calculation & ROI calculation & analysis.
∎ Prepare report on the plant or machine breakdown.
∎ Identify root cause & solve any other relevant task assigned by line manager.
