Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc)
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Quality Assurance.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 experience in quality control within the food processing industry.
∎ Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety protocols.
∎ Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
∎ Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Determine, negotiate, and implement in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
∎ Investigate and establish quality and health & safety standards at national and international levels.
∎ Ensure manufacturing processes comply with industry regulations and company policies.
∎ Assess customer requirements and ensure they are met.
∎ Develop and maintain customer service standards to enhance satisfaction.
∎ Write technical and management reports as well as customer charters.
∎ Specify quality requirements for raw materials in collaboration with suppliers.
∎ Monitor raw material compliance and ensure adherence to quality specifications.
∎ Carry out and monitor routine testing and inspection of products and materials.
∎ Record, analyze, and distribute statistical information related to quality control.
∎ Investigate quality-related issues, develop corrective actions, and ensure implementation.
∎ Encourage change and drive improvement in performance and quality standards.
∎ Work closely with operational staff to establish and maintain systems, procedures, and standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with local and international food safety standards.
∎ Maintain detailed records of inspections and other quality control activities.
∎ Write comprehensive reports on quality-related findings and recommend improvements.
∎ Direct objectives aimed at maximizing profitability while maintaining quality standards.
