∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fast Food Shop

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
∎ Ensure Dough & CLC Production, Vegetable process & Tray Wash as per daily requirement with maintaining Proper SOP.
∎ Dough & Vegetables Dispatch with maintaining Trip Sheet.
∎ Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely matter to the reporting Manager.
∎ Warehouse Ordering & Dispatch Dough and Vegetables On time will full delivery.
∎ Safe food handling Practice with all restaurant safety and security procedures
∎ Arrive on time for all shifts and complete other duties as assigned by the Commissary Manager
∎ Manage daily schedules & upload in System, time-off requests and Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.
∎ Train and integrate new workers, minium1 hours in a week.
∎ Ensure basic standard operating procedures for all outlets are in place and are in compliance with Federal, state, local Law & Compliance.
∎ Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor
∎ Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience candidate in food industry will get preference.
∎ Good knowledge of production related activities
∎ Excellent communication skills
