Skills Required: Engineering,feed Mill Operation,Feed Mill Production
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Candidates with 5-6 years of feed mill experience are only encouraged to apply.
- Ms Office especially Excel, Communication, Problem solving skills, Interpersonal skill, Organizational skill etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
- All Over Responsibility Shift Operation and Production Increase.
- Production Ratio Increase and Production Quality Ensure.
- Plant Machinery Problems Identify and Solve As Per Must Priority.
- Plant Overall Maintenance Issue Cooperate and Contact to Plant Engineer.
- Responsible for engineering store and inventories.
- Co-ordinate with Control Room, Pellet, Boiler, Generator, Compress operators and maintenance as per shift.
- Ensure the pelleting quality maintain on the nutritional level.
- Co-ordinate with shift supervisor, premix man as per shift production and ensure.
- Safety, Security and Record Keeping Maintain and Ensure.
