Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Professional registration/licensure is preferred.

• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel, masonry and foundation design. Specially Industrial foundation design.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Lead the structural design and analysis of residential, commercial, industrial with Machine foundation and infrastructure projects.

• Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, 2 specifications, and technical reports.

• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes like ACI, BNBC and others standards and regulations.

• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical engineers, and other project stakeholders.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with design specifications.

• Identify structural risks and provide practical engineering solutions.

• Resolve technical issues during design and construction phases.

• Participate in client meetings, technical presentations, and project coordination meetings.

• Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and project close-out records.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
