Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Working knowledge of quality control procedures and project documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other standard project management software.

Job Summary
ICS-Spacecon-Dhrubok is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project In-Charge (Construction) to lead the execution and coordination of a premium multistoried hospitality project in Dhaka.
The successful candidate will act as the primary site representative of the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team, ensuring quality execution, schedule compliance, contractor coordination, and timely project delivery while maintaining professional communication with the Client, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
Coordinate architectural, interior, structural, MEP, and finishing works among all stakeholders.
Monitor project progress against the approved master schedule and identify critical path activities.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Review drawings, material submissions, method statements, and work schedules before implementation.
Monitor workmanship, construction quality, and site productivity.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with photographs and work status updates.
Attend coordination meetings with the Client, consultants, and contractors.
Assist in project planning, sequencing, procurement coordination, and resource management.
Verify completed work quantities and support contractor bill verification.
Ensure proper documentation of site instructions, RFIs, NCRs, and progress records.
Identify project risks and recommend practical solutions to minimize delays.
Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.
