• Age At least 26 years

• BSc Engineers: Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.

• Diploma Engineers: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, Revit, and other estimation and quantity surveying tools.

• Experience with ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.

The selected candidates will be responsible for cost estimation, rate analysis, and cost control across a wide range of construction projects, supporting the company`s commitment to quality, efficiency, and value.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary, revised, and final cost estimates, including project budgets and cost plans.

• Conduct market surveys to determine prevailing material and labour rates, and analyze rates for non-scheduled items.

• Visit project sites for quantity verification, rate validation, and cost analysis; compare estimated quantities with actual execution and prepare analytical reports.

• Review revised estimates, identify cost variations, ensure the accuracy and authenticity of rate analyses, and maintain updated cost databases for management decision-making.
