Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, contracts, and cost management.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Develop accurate cost estimates, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and project budgets.

• Analyze work order documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.

• Prepare and submit competitive tender and bid proposals.

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Perform cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.

• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.

• Measure work completed for progress billing and payment applications.

• Evaluate variation orders, claims, and change requests.

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, consultants, and clients.

• Maintain records of estimates, BOQs, contracts, and project cost documentation.

• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
