Key Responsibilities:
Implement production plan and achieve section wise production as per target.
Organize records and reporting of section wise performance for MIS.
Assess bottlenecks & improvement needs in production process and suggest improvements.
Optimize output per man shift (OMS) in line with business plan.
Motivate work force and develop subordinates to enhance productivity.
Reduce wastage and process loss to achieve continues cost improvement.
Coordinate with QA & other sections to ensure quality as per standard & company policy.
