Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Factory (Gazipur-Kaliganj)
∎ Navana Engineering Limited (NEL) is one of the most advanced Plastics, uPVC Pipe & Fittings Manufacturing & trading company in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist line Manager in planning, managing and executing production operations.
∎ Schedule routine inspection, maintenance and cleanliness of production equipment to prevent equipment break-downs and malfunctioning.
∎ To ensure implementation of daily production plan as per daily/weekly/monthly production demand.
∎ Ensure standard quality of the products when the production is underway.
∎ To prepare daily/weekly/monthly production report and submit to line manager.
∎ Ensure quality of products as per specification or checklist.
∎ Physically labour utilization, rejection & cost control of production line.
∎ Ensuring safety and security in function of production floor and also ensuring compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on modern production tools and techniques.
∎ Knowledge on Quality Assurances system.
∎ Problem solving skills, time management and reporting skill.
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
