Responsibilities & Context:
Should be work in day/night shift (12 Hours Shifting)
To ensure the whole process shade category wise
Should maintain lab to bulk, bulk to bulk RFT
To ensure chemical recipe category wise
Should achieve production target
Should achieve on time delivery as per plan
To control process loss within the limit
Control water consumption batch wise
Shade Matching batch wise in both shift
To be ensure dyeing quality like evenness, body rib matching,batch to batch shade consistency.
Control per kg dyes and chemical cost
Avoid excess use of dyes and chemical
To be reduce redyeing %
