∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Share Management.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining & preparing list of Share certificates invoice & Deliver.
∎ Shorting & Filing the share Certificate split, de-mat, re-mat & Transferring Shareholder's name.
∎ Timely reporting to the regulators and rely to any query within the time limit.
∎ Reporting & formatting to Central Depository Bangladesh Ltd. RT 13, RT 14, RT 03, RT45Handling shareholders and reply the query in a good manner.
∎ Prepare and distribute Annual & half yearly and quarterly Report.
∎ Ability to deal with all kinds of Investor including the Institutional Investor.
∎ Able to distribute all shareholder's dividend, and resister maintenance and Tax Deduction certificates and ICB and all Security houses.
∎ Submission of annual Report, Financial statements & free float shareholding report to BSEC, CSE, DSE , CDBL.
∎ Arrange Online and Offline AGM & comply the pre & Post AGM regulatory requirements.
∎ Taking necessary action for listing of Bonds.
∎ Maintaining website of the Listed Company and post all regulatory disclosures including PSI.
∎ Maintain Dividend warrant Bank Copy, Dividend return list and depositing fund to CMSF.
∎ Maintaining the register of shareholders and monitoring changes in ownership of the company.
∎ Paying dividends and managing share option schemes.
∎ Taking role in share issues, mergers and takeovers.
∎ Maintain liaison with DCCI, MCCI, BOI & CCIE.
∎ Any other issues as assigned by the management.
