Job Context:
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the following position from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "CODEC- Protective Environment Creation for Children and Adolescent in and around Cox`s Bazar Area Project " funded by UNICEF Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation knowledge of Sewing skills courses for Host community and Rohingya community adolescent.
∎ Develop Sewing skills development module in contextualization of Host community and Rohingya community.
∎ Conduct pre assessments of the adolescents before starting the training courses to assess the competency level and assess their interest, availability and educational level.
∎ Develop an individual action plan for each Adolescent that respond to needs addressed in initial and comprehensive assessments and seek support of the vocational skill training necessity.
∎ Develop session plan for the adolescent.
∎ Conduct regularly training session and ensure quality session, training and made action points to carry out within agreed timeframes and also ensure that progress is regularly reviewed.
∎ Ensure timely submission of monthly work plan and reports to the line manager.
∎ Prepare evaluation sheet and conduct periodic course evaluation.
∎ Promote and ensure project activities are on line with, child protection principles.
∎ Contribute to a positive team environment.
∎ Perform any other duties that the line manager may assign.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have vast experience in sewing skill activities.
∎ Fully responsible for sewing skill programme operation.
∎ Experience to prepare related program materials and its primer.
∎ Experience in Business Plan preparation and assist beneficiaries for preparing their business plan.
∎ Understanding of local language
∎ Report writing skill
Salary: Tk. 34240 (Monthly)
