∎ Age at most 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot multifunctional photocopy machines at customer locations.
∎ Attend field calls, diagnose problems, and ensure multifunctional photocopy machines are functioning correctly.
∎ Comprehensive reports are maintained on resolved issues, while component-level problems with multifunctional photocopy machines are addressed.
∎ Prioritized technical assistance is provided for identifying and resolving reported problems
∎ Monitoring multifunctional photocopy machines’ performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
∎ Provide proper demonstrations to ensure customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
∎ Recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up on problems are necessary tasks.
∎ Ensure courteous and professional communication with end customers.
∎ Provide regular reports to the supervisor at the end of the working day
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
