Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in cse, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Master of Science (MSc) in cse, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Computer skill, Customer Care, Customer Service, Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide leadership for Service personnel (e.g. Engineer, Customer care executive, technician, repair assistant) include conducting staff meetings, individual appraisals, training, budget management and team development to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage and coordinate all kinds of ICT hardware repair Services includes Notebook, laptop, Desktop, main boards, Printers, Photocopier, Power supply, servers, networking accessories etc.
∎ Ensure all kinds of support to branch level service centers regarding sales and service and have to manage in an effective and timely manner.
∎ Support the development and implementation of standards process according to global standard service and documentation.
∎ A commitment to travel domestically as required.
∎ Set and achieve business target in-accordance with the requirements is mandatory.
∎ Excellent knowledge required in customer requirements analysis, government tender participations, submitting service quotation, SLA proposal, Service cost and competitive analysis and sourcing.
∎ Manage software rollouts and project / technology delivery to project sites.
∎ Manage urgent incidents/requests/problems for IT services.
∎ Manage external 3rd party vendors and contract negotiations.
∎ Work with the Telecommunications, AV, Network & Server Engineering and Business Solutions teams to resolve issues swiftly and comprehensively.
∎ Communicate with other internal service departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years management and people management experience in ICT Service discipline preferably in a after sales service Operations and Engineering environment.
∎ 3+ years’ experience in sales and business development.
∎ Excellent Knowledge required in ICT hardware repair service and Operating software.
∎ Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
∎ Strong organizational, conceptual, and analytical skills is required .
∎ Show initiative and independence when dealing with problems.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
∎ Project management experience.
∎ Working knowledge of ITIL is preferred. Foundation certification desired.

Salary: Negotiable
