Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be overseeing the workers and the equipment they operate on the factory floor.
∎ Supervise day-to-day operations.
∎ Create effective service procedures, policies, and standards.
∎ Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out.
∎ Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
∎ Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
∎ To take initiative to implement all rules and policies to all factory workers and ensure them that they follow ever regulation.
∎ Creating service reports time to time and submit on daily basis.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
