Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily job assignments and follow up to service man and communicate with customer, dealer, Sales people and other related people.
∎ Maintain team members administratively.
∎ Monthly service report (Product Model, Category and District wise max problem, Indoor service, Technician performance report & Evaluation Report).
∎ Complaint feedback entry on Service software.
∎ Daily person wise working reports submit to service Monitoring/ Coordinator.
∎ Follow-up for pending complaints and service people monitoring.
∎ Sales return / Replace issue investigation and finally processing.
∎ Missing issue investigation and finally processing.
∎ Maintain daily pick & drop service.
∎ Service costs minimize.
∎ Warranty checking.
∎ Technician & Third party bill checking.
∎ Monthly Meeting arrange with technician.
∎ Maintain spare Parts stocks
∎ Feedback calls should be taken daily with every customer for smooth service and future service.
∎ Administrative work under him
∎ Needs to do any other work assigned by the management.
