Installation & Commissioning

• Install new machines at customer locations across Bangladesh.
• Set up, calibrate, and ensure machines run smoothly from day one.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
• Perform repairs on-site or remotely when possible.
• Provide quick solutions to reduce machine downtime.

Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct routine check-ups and scheduled maintenance visits.
• Ensure machines stay in good working condition and prevent future breakdowns.

Customer Training

• Train customers on proper machine operation, daily care, and basic troubleshooting.
• Explain software features and digital interfaces clearly.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain service logs, job sheets, and installation reports.
• Update software versions and configurations as required.
• Report recurring issues to management for improvement.

Travel & Field Work

• Travel frequently to customer sites across Bangladesh.
• Be flexible with schedules and ready to respond to urgent calls.

Computer & Software Handling

• Install and configure machine-related software and drivers.
• Use diagnostic software to test performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare digital reports and update CRM/service software.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain positive communication with clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and represent the company professionally.
• Collect feedback for service improvement.

Spare Parts & Inventory Handling

• Identify required spare parts and coordinate with the parts department.
• Ensure proper replacement and maintain records.
