• 1–3 years of experience in automobile servicing, field service engineering, or after-sales support.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle inspection and servicing procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and service documentation tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in field conditions.

Experience/Requirements:

• Candidates with experience in Diesel and Electric Forklifts, Payloaders, and Excavators will be given preference.

• Perform on-site vehicle servicing, inspection, diagnosis, and repair supervision.
• Provide technical support to clients and service partners for vehicle maintenance and operational issues.
• Conduct field visits to customer locations and workshops to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle warranty claims, preventive maintenance, and service follow-up activities.
• Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance records, and job documentation.
• Coordinate with the head office service team for technical feedback and parts support.
• Identify recurring technical problems and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure proper service quality and adherence to company standards at all field locations.
• Conduct training sessions or demonstrations for clients or service technicians when required.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Ensure all tools, spare parts, and service equipment are properly utilized and maintained.
• Report daily field activities, service summaries, and client feedback to management.
• RMCL Workshop and Field-based (regular visits to clients)
• Reporting to the Head Office Service Department
