Responsibilities & Context:
Installation, commissioning & dismantling of Industrial Machinery, Earthmoving Machinery, Road Machinery, Construction Machinery, Concrete Machinery (eg. Tower Crane, Construction Lift, Crawler Crane, Truck Crane, RT Crane, Excavator, Bulldozer, Wheel Loader, Batching Plant, Concrete Pump, Forklift, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Mixer Truck, Pick Up, Mini Truck, Dump Truck etc.) at Customers Jobsite.
Post-Shipment Inspection of Machinery.
Assisting Sales persons in having Technical Discussion with Customers.
Attending customer complain independently.
Provide After Sales Service to the Customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel all over the Bangladesh as required- Long Time service mentality is require.
Other work/task/assignment given by the Management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customers.
Maintain accurate records of service activities.
Report timely to the concern person.
