• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Business is often preferred or required.
• Some roles may accept a high school diploma with significant experience.

• 1 to 3 years

General Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in the elevator industry), strong technical knowledge of elevator systems, proven sales success, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Some roles may require specific skills like fluency in certain languages or proficiency in Microsoft office.

Experience:

• 1-3+ years of experience in sales are common, with a preference for at least 1 year in the elevator and Heavy Construction Machinery industry.

 Skills and qualifications

• Marketing Skills: Experience with developing and implementing marketing plans, identifying market opportunities, and promoting brand image.
• Sales Skills: Ability to sell based on value rather than just price, and skills in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and presentation skills to build relationships with clients and explain technical concepts.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of elevator systems, components, and related construction machinery is crucial, especially for sales engineering roles.
• Soft Skills: Strong self-motivation, business sense, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.
• Other: Proficient use of Microsoft Office is often required, and the ability to travel may be necessary.
