Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university with good academic record. Or MBA from other discipline having experience in construction equipment sales are also encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly / yearly sales target.
∎ Visit clients, attend queries and ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Assist in implementation of marketing plans as needed
∎ Be up to date regarding market intelligence to assist the organization to identify business opportunities in the field of construction machinery business
∎ Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and business projection
∎ Generate various reports as and when required

Additional Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Direct Sales and Marketing
∎ Clear understanding about construction equipment market
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English.
∎ Full mobility to travel
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
∎ Skill required: Construction Machinery sector or Auto mobile sector.
