Job Grade: Junior Officer to Principal Officer
Key Job Responsibilities:
Act as custodian of Account Opening Forms (AOF) and related documents.
Check documentation for new account openings, with special attention to Transaction Profile (TP) and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
Process opening and closing of CASA (Current & Savings Accounts), Term Deposits (TD), and Deposit Pension Scheme (DPS) accounts in the core banking system.
Perform static data changes in the core banking system.
Handle signature card uploads and modifications in the core banking system.
Maintain and update deferral records and ensure timely closure of pending documentation issues.
Manage cheque book operations, including issuance, delivery status, and inventory tracking.
Generate and maintain various MIS reports related to service delivery activities.
Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with internal departments and branches to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
