Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns or service requirements.
∎ Provide accurate information on service packages, repair needs, and estimated costs.
∎ Maintain a professional and friendly attitude to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and open job cards with detailed customer instructions and vehicle complaints.
∎ Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure proper diagnosis and timely service delivery.
∎ Update customers on job progress, any additional work required, and approvals.
∎ Ensure all repair and service work meets quality standards before vehicle handover.
∎ Conduct a pre-delivery inspection with the customer to explain the work done.
∎ Handover vehicles on time and collect customer feedback.
∎ Maintain service records in the DMS (Dealer Management System).
∎ Generate invoices and process payments according to company guidelines.
∎ Track pending jobs, warranty claims, and follow-up visits.
∎ Handle post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Address customer complaints or escalations promptly and professionally.
∎ Encourage customers to return for regular maintenance and offer promotional services.
∎ The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop. They are responsible for understanding customer needs, advising on necessary services or repairs, preparing job cards, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Customer Handling:
