∎ Networking fundamentals
∎ Microsoft Azure Fundamentals – Cloud basics
∎ Pre-Sales / Sales Bootcamp – Client engagement & sales strategy
∎ Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies: Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Aruba, Alcatel Lucent, Arista Networks.
∎ Hands-on experience in solution design, network sizing, and technical proposal writing.
∎ Familiarity with customer requirements analysis and solution presentation.
∎ Knowledge of network architecture, routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security.
∎ Capability to conduct POC (Proof of Concept) with any vendor platform.

∎ Akij Blue Pill Ltd, a subsidiary of Akij Resources, is a prominent IT services company in Bangladesh, specializing in areas such as enterprise applications, data analytics, BPO, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed IT services. The company is currently seeking to hire professionals for the positions of Senior Executive and Junior Executive in the Network (Pre-Sales) department.
∎ Assist sales teams in qualifying customer needs and proposing the right networking solutions.
∎ Design high-level and low-level enterprise network architectures based on client requirements.
∎ Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, solution diagrams, and BOM (Bill of Materials).
∎ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and POCs to showcase proposed solutions.
∎ Engage in client meetings (online/on-site) to understand technical requirements and tailor solutions.
∎ Provide product comparison and competitive analysis to highlight solution advantages.
∎ Work closely with OEMs/distributors for solution alignment, updates, and pricing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with post-sales teams for smooth handover and project kick-off.
∎ Support RFP/RFI/RFQ technical response documentation in coordination with the bid team.
∎ Participate in vendor evaluation sessions and provide technical justifications.
∎ Stay updated on latest technologies, features, and certifications from major networking vendors.
∎ Conduct site surveys and pre-deployment assessments.
∎ Provide capacity planning, scalability, and performance estimation for proposed designs.
∎ Collaborate with security, data center, and cloud teams for integrated solution proposals.
∎ Support the creation of marketing materials like solution briefs and technical case studies.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solution designs for knowledge transfer.
∎ Train and support junior team members on presales processes and tools.
∎ Assist in developing solution pricing models in line with client budgets and internal margin goals.
∎ Provide feedback to product management and post-sales teams for continuous solution improvement.
∎ Work with the procurement team to ensure availability and compatibility of quoted solutions.
