Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for ensuring availability of resources, i.e., materials, equipment, and service providers at the site as per the agreed timeline.
∎ Maintain (escalate) a high level of communication and interaction across all levels to ensure deliverables as per the time-schedule milestones.
∎ Form/Transform group/team and delegate work-responsibility with agreed dashboard/KPIs and hold individuals/Team accountable to deliver the same.
∎ Maintain close cooperation with different partners (internal and external).
∎ Coordinate Training at the site with the help of partners, the experienced Technical Consultant
∎ Responsible for adhering to business processes on time – Demand Planning & forecasting, CRM, sales reports, etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring all undertaken supply/apply jobs are delivered as per budgeted revenue & profit targets.
∎ Handling product technical recommendations, trials, and complaints.
∎ Ensuring strict compliance with Global and Local HSE Standards as per company policy.
∎ Ensuring all Administrative guidelines are followed as per company policy.
