Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites and applications.
∎ Build responsive, high-performance front-end experiences using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar), and modern frameworks.
∎ Develop and maintain back-end architecture using PHP, MySQL, and WordPress-specific tools and plugins.
∎ Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver pixel-perfect and SEO-friendly websites.
∎ Implement and maintain API integrations with third-party services (e.g., CRMs, marketing platforms).
∎ Optimize websites for speed, performance, security, and scalability.
∎ Conduct code reviews, testing, and quality assurance for best practices and coding standards.
∎ Provide mentorship to junior developers and support the wider dev team with technical guidance.

We have built a unique solution and service offering from the ground up. Sales Manager Pvt. Ltd. serves as the Back Office, Marketing, and Sales hub for Cyanergy, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with over 5 years of operation. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Web Developer with a strong background in WordPress development to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on custom WordPress solutions, both front-end and back-end, and be comfortable taking projects from concept through to deployment.

∎ Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment is a strong advantage.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites and applications.
∎ Build responsive, high-performance front-end experiences using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar), and modern frameworks.
∎ Develop and maintain back-end architecture using PHP, MySQL, and WordPress-specific tools and plugins.

∎ 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development with a focus on WordPress.
∎ Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and the REST API.
∎ Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL.Experience with modern JS frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Alpine.js).
∎ Knowledge of Git version control and deployment workflows.
∎ Familiarity with performance tuning, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
∎ Desirable (Not Mandatory)Prior experience in a digital marketing agency.
∎ Familiarity with tools like Elementor, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), WooCommerce, or WPML.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean).
