• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive websites, UI/UX work, and creative design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
• Understanding of modern front-end technologies such as React and Flutter (highly preferred).
• Excellent sense of colour, typography, layout, and visual composition.
• Understanding of SEO-friendly design practices.
• Vendor certifications in design, UI/UX, or front-end technologies are highly preferable.
• Good communication skills (Equivalent to band 7.5 in IELTS).

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Web Designer/Developer to lead our web design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design and coding skills, a solid understanding of modern UI/UX principles, and the ability to transform ideas into stunning, user-friendly website interfaces. You will work closely with other developers, product teams, and digital marketers to deliver high-quality designs that reflect our brand and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end web design process—from concept, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI design.
• Create responsive, visually appealing, and conversion-focused website layouts for desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to refine user journeys and enhance website performance.
• Develop brand-aligned graphics, banners, landing pages, and digital assets.
• Optimise design workflows and ensure all web materials follow best industry practices.
• Guide junior designers, providing feedback and maintaining design quality across projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
