We are looking for a Senior Video Editor, who is highly skilled, creative, and can provide effective hooks to social media videos capture the audience’s attention.

Mala Industries is a growing US-based digital marketing agency specializing in social media content for real estate agents across the United States. We produce short-form viral video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. We are hiring skilled and motivated individuals to join our remote team as Senior Video Editor.

Job Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage submitted by US-based real estate agents into high-quality short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Add trending audio, animated captions, text overlays, color grading, and transitions to each video

• Write engaging social media captions, hooks, and hashtag sets in English tailored to each client's brand voice

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts using Metricool

• Research trending sounds, video formats, and viral real estate content on a weekly basis and apply findings to client work

• Upload completed video edits to Frame.io for review and complete all revision requests within 12 hours of feedback

• Follow each client's brand kit strictly — including fonts, colors, logo placement, and intro/outro templates — across all content
