We're looking for a highly skilled, creative Senior Video Editor who can craft scroll-stopping hooks that grab attention in the first three seconds and turn raw footage into content people can't scroll past.
Mala Industries is a growing US-based digital marketing agency specializing in social media content for real estate agents across the United States. We produce short-form viral video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook — and we're expanding our remote team.

What You'll Do
Edit raw footage from US-based real estate agents into high-quality short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Add trending audio, animated captions, text overlays, color grading, and smooth transitions to every video
Write engaging captions, hooks, and hashtag sets in English, tailored to each client's brand voice
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts using Metricool
Research trending sounds, formats, and viral real estate content weekly, and apply what you find to client work
Upload finished edits to Frame.io for review and complete all revision requests within 12 hours of feedback
Follow each client's brand kit strictly — fonts, colors, logo placement, and intro/outro templates — across all content
