We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of modern, intuitive, and visually premium digital products. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into exceptional user experiences for websites, SaaS products, and enterprise systems while maintaining the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.

2. Conduct user research, persona development, and user journey mapping.

3. Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

4. Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.

5. Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

6. Apply WCAG / accessibility standards in all designs.

7. Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

8. Prepare developer-ready design specifications and assets for smooth handoff.

9. Optimize designs for usability, performance, and conversion.

10. Present design concepts confidently to clients and internal teams.

11. Review and mentor junior designers to maintain high design quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 5–8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

2. Expert-level proficiency in Figma (mandatory).

3. Strong knowledge of:

   • Typography, color theory, layout, and spacing

   • User-centered design principles

   • Information Architecture (IA) and usability testing

4. Proven experience designing:

   • Corporate websites

   • SaaS platforms and dashboards

   • Enterprise or fintech products (preferred)

5. Solid understanding of responsive web design and basic HTML/CSS concepts.

6. Experience working with agile / scrum development teams.

7. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

8. A strong portfolio with real, live projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Motion design (Lottie, After Effects)

• Webflow / No-code tools

• CRO & A/B testing experience

• Knowledge of design tokens and advanced prototyping tools
