∎ At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a solid portfolio demonstrating high-quality work
∎ Proven experience in leading design projects from conception to execution
∎ Proficiency in design software like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar tools
∎ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
∎ Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
∎ Must include examples of complex, innovative design solutions for web, mobile, or software applications
∎ Experience:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and implementing UI/UX strategies that align with business goals and user needs
∎ Conducting user research, including but not limited to, user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to inform design decisions
∎ Creating interactive prototypes and wireframes to test and refine concepts
∎ Designing visual elements and assets, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, ensuring consistency across all platforms
∎ Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity from concept through to production
∎ Guiding and mentor junior designers, helping to raise the overall design quality within the team
∎ Ensuring designs meet accessibility standards and provide an inclusive user experience
∎ Keeping abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design, technology, and industry best practices
