∎ Ability to execute plans to increase market share, maximize revenues, and drive business.
∎ Ability to analyze data and metrics is crucial for understanding customer behavior.
∎ Ability to measure sales performance, and make data driven decisions.
∎ Interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve area sales target by following “Cash Sales Policy”.
∎ Lead and guide area sales and marketing team towards GOAL by aligning company objective.
∎ Responsible for collecting any receivable of the company.
∎ Identify distribution network and setting up dealers to strengthen the supply chain.
∎ Ensure presence of company products and merchandise to the dealers point.
∎ Implement “Buy-back Program” of the company.
∎ Communicate with different customers and connect them to the dealers/retailers.
∎ Plan and implement appropriate promotional activities efficiently, and monitor, visit and mobilize key influencers and lead farmers across territories.
∎ Visit and establish rapport with DAE and other agricultural organizations/institutions to promote AgroSAL products.
