∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare territory sales budget and achieve sales target (customer and product wise).
∎ Initiate the proposal of credit customer and collect all relevant information required under the credit policy.
∎ Identify overdue customer and seek help of Regional Sales Manager as soon as possible to strengthen collection efforts.
∎ Encourage building of strong network in the segment of stockiest and retailers' level.
∎ Collect information on competitor's product and activities and report to Regional Sales Manager.
∎ Evaluate the key performance of team members on monthly basis.
∎ Provide on the job training to field force and monitor their performance.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Good understanding of the agricultural sales profession.
∎ Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
