Job Responsibilities

• Responsible of the production department of C. P. Bangladesh Co. Ltd (Farm Unit – 16).
• Look after the Farm Management & Technical Service, farm production, cost control.
• Farm waste reduction, employee satisfaction & other KPIs, growth management.
• Collaborate with the farm manager in developing and implementing comprehensive production plans, including crop rotations, planting schedules, and livestock breeding programs.
• Analyse production data, such as yields, growth rates, and resource utilisation, to identify areas for improvement and optimise efficiency.
• Automated Brooding Systems, Heating Systems of Radiant brooders, Automated Brooder Guards, Automated Feeding Systems, Pan or Trough Feeders.
• Automated Drinking Systems, Nipple Drinker Systems, Water Monitoring Systems, Environmental Control and Monitoring. 
• Ventilation Systems: Automated fans and air inlets, Broiler houses specialised lighting systems for helps to manage the chicks' activity levels, encourage feed intake, and promote healthy growth. 
• Contribute to the development of strategies for sustainable farming practices and environmental stewardship.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of different production systems and technologies, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Oversee the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of farm machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of junior technicians and farm workers in specific production areas.
• Assist in the training and on boarding of new production staff. 
• Must have production technical aspect, cost analysis, management & cost saving, corporate issue and the database of the software.
• Maintain training schedule for subordinate stuff & time to time report to HR dept.
• Advanced English proficiency in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge and understanding of Thai language will be an additional advantage.

· Consulate USD: 1,679.00 (Monthly)

· Basic USD: 1,500.00, House Rent USD: 138.00,

· Conveyance Allowance USD: 21.00, Medical Allowance USD: 20.00
