Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Systems AdministrationSystem Engineer certification in Microsoft Technologies.
∎ Skills Required: Backup, Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Active Directory, Cisco, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL server, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Network Security, Oracle SOL and PLSQL, VMware, Windows Server
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and setup servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
∎ Install and configure systems such as Windows Domain Controllers, VMWare, Hyper-V, Terminal Servers, Printer Servers, VPN Servers, etc.
∎ Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
∎ Deploy applications and patches.
∎ Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks.
∎ Monitor and manage system, network and infrastructure activities and performance
∎ Manage third party applications and liaise with vendors
∎ Collaborate with the end users, business resource and hosting provider to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software, infrastructure and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes
∎ Collaborate with the business and hosting provider to perform server and security audits, review system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company's disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
∎ Ensure end user connectivity to the systems and application(s)
∎ Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of problems for end-users, recommend and implement corrective solutions
∎ Develop Backup and Disaster Recovery plans for end user infrastructures based on proven DR plans and procedures
∎ Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future infrastructure needs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrated experience in overseeing the deployment and management of infrastructure, systems and applications in a hosted and managed environment
∎
∎ Experience in Network and Infrastructure security and best practices
∎
∎ Experience in VMWare and Hyper-V management and application deployment
∎
∎ Experience in Microsoft IIS
∎
∎ Experience in setting up, deploying and managing LAN switches, Routers and Firewalls
∎
∎ Experience in deploying and managing backup solutions
∎
∎ Experience in deploying and managing Firewalls including SonicWALL and Cisco devices
∎
∎ Excellent software troubleshooting experience
∎
∎ Experience in Network and Security audits
∎
∎ Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Oracle Database servers and PL/SQL a plus
∎
∎ Documentation and presentation skills required
∎
∎ Experience in HIPAA and PCI audits a plus
∎
∎ Experience in Microsoft SharePoint a plus
∎
∎ Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
∎
∎ Business awareness : specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
∎
∎ May require working on weekends and/or after hours due to the nature of this position

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
