• 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on local businesses.

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRUSH, etc.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO best practices.

• Experience with WordPress and related plugins and editors, including Yoast SEO, Contact Form 7, Caching plugins, Elementor, SiteOrigin, Live Editor, etc.

• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Wondershare Filmora, etc.

• Experience with running and optimizing Google Ads and Yelp Ads campaigns.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in an agency setting and client reporting.

• Develop and execute effective local SEO strategies for Colony One Auto Centre, focusing on Dulles Ave location. 

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy development. 

• Optimize on-page elements, technical SEO, and backlink strategies to enhance online visibility. 

• Perform regular site audits and track key SEO metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization. 

• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to uncover insights and improve performance. 

• Create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, and YouTube. 

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Yelp Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. 

• Optimize Google My Business page for Colony One Auto Centre to enhance local visibility and engagement. 

• Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to drive continuous improvement. 

• Analyze Facebook Ad performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI and reach target audience effectively.
