Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand student requirements and guide them through the UK university admission process.
∎ Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and career paths in the UK education system.
∎ Process applications for offers of place and handle all necessary paperwork.
∎ Prepare visa application documents and ensure accuracy in paperwork without relying on AI-generated content.
∎ Prepare the students for Pre-CAS and Visa Application Interviews in accordance with their respective courses and universities.
∎ Capable of maintaining a good relationship with students/parents & local/int’l agents.
∎ Preparing SOP, CV, and Cover Letter when task assigned.
∎ Presenting info on social media through photo/video shoots or FB live.
∎ Proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic editing tools for documentation.
∎ Communicate professionally via email and in person with students, universities, institutions, and relevant authorities.
∎ Provide detailed guidance on visa requirements and ensure compliance with immigration policies.
∎ Keep updated with the latest visa regulations, university policies, and scholarship opportunities.
∎ Follow up with students and institutions to track application progress.
∎ Work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
∎ Manage time effectively and maintain punctuality in all tasks.
∎ Meet foreign university delegates when necessary
∎ Representing the company during various fairs and events.
∎ Completing tasks assigned by management from time to time.
