  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or online campaign management (experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus).

  • Proven expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress (or similar CMS).

  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign management and optimization.

  • Excellent creative writing and content editing abilities.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.

  • Knowledge of cross-cultural marketing and audience targeting.

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage campaigns independently.

  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

About the Role:GlobEx Education is looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing and lead generation efforts across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our brand presence, driving qualified leads, and supporting our global education services through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Create and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns to generate quality leads for overseas education programs.

  • Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and remarketing campaigns to increase visibility and lead conversion.

  • Oversee content creation for all platforms — posts, blogs, videos, and promotional materials that is aim at engaging our target audiences.

  • Utilize Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio to track performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights.

  • Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns using CRM or marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools).

  • Collaborate with the Admissions and Counseling teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with enrolment goals.

  • Manage and update company website periodically — ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and up-to-date visuals and information.

  • Build and maintain brand consistency and visibility across all digital channels and platforms.

  • Able to do research and identify new digital trends, lead sources, and opportunities in the education consultancy sector.

  • Prepare and present monthly reports on campaign performance, ROI, and lead quality to the management.

  • Lead marketing interns or junior team members when and where necessary, fostering creativity, team playing goals and overall collaboration.
