- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and standards in Bangladesh.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, and other relevant tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor all running projects according to Design.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design specifications and safety standards compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to address any structural issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Ensure that all structural designs and construction practices comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in structural engineering and construction technology.
