∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, Software Engineering, Software Systems, Solution design
Job Context:
∎ The position is primarily for Microsoft-based technologies like .Net, Azure, and PowerShell.
∎ This is a software engineering role so the working areas can be anything in the software development and delivery lifecycle. You`d have to communicate directly with customers to understand the requirements and ensure delivery accordingly. As a team player, you`d have to be dynamic to work on software development, integration, environment setup, automation, documentation, process improvement, etc.
∎ You should have superior computer science knowledge, good programming skills in .Net and/or other modern programming languages, and a good understanding of OOP, software systems, and cloud-based architectures.
∎ You must have an interest in software system architecture and programming.
∎ Good English communication is a must-have.
∎ You must be a good team player and communicator with a solution-oriented mindset.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate, communicate and pro-actively communicate with customers, teams, and everyone involved.
∎ Understand business and technical requirements.
∎ Create and deliver solutions using tools and technologies.
∎ Attend stand-up and other meetings as needed. Due to timezone difference, some of these meetings can take place in late evening.
∎ Provide frequent status reports to remote teams.
