Job Responsibilities:
∎ Model Development: Create and fine-tune machine learning models, particularly GPT-based models, to enhance conversational AI capabilities.
∎ Algorithmic Enhancement: Continuously improve algorithms to boost the accuracy, naturalness, and responsiveness of AI-powered chat systems.
∎ System Integration: Integrate AI models into existing platforms or develop new platforms to facilitate seamless interactions between users and AI.
∎ Data Processing and Analysis: Analyze data to identify patterns, improve model performance, and ensure data quality for training and inference.
∎ Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models for speed, efficiency, and scalability to support large-scale deployment and real-time interactions.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and product managers, to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of models, methodologies, and experiments conducted. Provide regular reports on AI model performance and improvements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI. Prior experience with GPT-based models is highly desirable.
∎ Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
∎ Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges in AI model development and optimization.
∎ Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
∎ Experience with OpenAI's GPT models (GPT-3, GPT-4, etc.).
∎ Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
∎ Attention to details:
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
∎ Continuous learning attitude to stay abreast of AI industry trends.
∎ Knowledge of deploying models in production environments.
∎ Understanding of ethical considerations in AI/ML development.
